Renting FAQs

Just register your interest using our form below. We’ll book a time that suits you for an accompanied viewing and can often accommodate evenings and weekends.

  • Valid ID and Right to Rent documentation
  • Proof of income or employment
  • Previous landlord references (if applicable)
  • A soft credit check

Usually the equivalent of 5 weeks’ rent. All deposits are registered with The Deposit Protection Service.

No, we don’t charge any tenant fees in line with UK legislation. You’ll only be asked to pay your rent and deposit.

Most lets can be finalised within one to two weeks of successful referencing and agreement on move-in dates.

Yes. Many of our properties are available on longer-term agreements and we’ll help find the right option based on your situation.
